Like a bath bomb, shower steamers fizz and release a potent aroma of menthol and a blend of essential oils. They ate meant to be placed on the shower floor and activate underneath the shower. Take deep relaxing breaths and they are especially useful as a cold or flu remedy. (Not not use as a bath bomb because they have a high menthol concentration not intended for baths.)
